DELIVERY

You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home or work with DHL Go-Green climate compensated delivery. You can also choose to pick it up - simply select DHL service point near you. You'll find a complete overview of all our delivery options and fees in our help section.

RETURNS

Please note that you will be charged a return fee of 2.99€, which will be deducted from your refund. We are no longer providing you with a return label in your parcel since we have gone completely paperless. All returns are completed online and you can easily create a return label yourself by registering your return on the Return Portal.
