How does it work?
The membership is an all-digital loyalty program where you'll get points on all your shopping, both in store and online. When collecting points, you'll unlock bonus rewards. Your membership gives access to member prices, VIP offers, online reciepts and much more.
You'll find all your digital receipts from your store and online purchases within 24 hours.
Our membership is free of charge but you have to be 16 years old to become a member.
Your membership ID can be found on your account page.
How do I collect points?
You collect points for all purchases made in a physical store or online. However, not when buying gift cards, as the points are given when the gift card is redeemed in the store.​ Please note that you need to be logged in to your account in order to collect your points.
How do bonus rewards work?
For every 2000 points you collect, you unlock one 5 EUR Bonus reward. This reward can be redeemed at the checkout online by selecting "add to basket", or in store by selecting "redeem in store". Please note that by activating the bonus reward, it will be active immediately. The Bonus reward amount is distributed evenly across each item of your purchase and not on the total amount. This means that if you return one or more items, you will be refunded the amount you paid for each individual item you are refunding.
Bonus rewards will not be refunded / reissued if you make a return or exchange. The Bonus reward amount is distributed evenly across each item of your purchase, so if you return one or more items, you will be given a refund for the amount that you paid for each item. Exchanges are available in store only, where you will be given an exchange for an item of the same value to the one you are returning.
Where can I find my rewards?
You will find your latest offers and rewards on your account page in the VERO MODA app or on veromoda.com. Please note that once you redeemed a reward, it cannot be returned or reused. If you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
The points you earn from the purchase of an item will be deleted if the item is returned​
How long is my bonus reward valid?
Bonus rewards must be used within 6 months and the expiry date can be found below on each voucher on your account page in the VERO MODA app or veromoda.com
Where can I redeem my bonus reward?
Bonus rewards can be redeemed in all physical VERO MODA stores across the country, in the VERO MODA app or at veromoda.com.​
How do I collect points in a physical store?
The staff will scan your personal QR code in the VERO MODA app​.
How do I receive my 10% sign-up discount?
Once you create your account at veromoda.com or via the VEROMODA app, you will recieve your 10% welcome discount code in a mail. Please not that you need to verify your account before recieving your 10% welcome discount code.
Can the 10% sign-up discount be used more than once?
No, it can only be used once.
