¿Cómo funciona?
The membership is an all-digital loyalty program where you'll get points on all your shopping, both in store and online. When collecting points, you'll unlock bonus rewards. Your membership gives access to member prices, VIP offers, online reciepts and much more.
You'll find all your digital receipts from your store and online purchases within 24 hours.
Our membership is free of charge but you have to be 16 years old to become a member.
Your membership ID can be found on your account page.
¿Cómo acumulo puntos?
You collect points for all purchases made in a physical store or online. However, not when buying gift cards, as the points are given when the gift card is redeemed in the store. Please note that you need to be logged in to your account in order to collect your points.
¿Cómo funcionan las bonus rewards?
For every 2000 points you collect, you unlock one 5 EUR Bonus reward. This reward can be redeemed at the checkout online by selecting "Apply online", or in store by selecting "Apply in store". Please note that by activating the bonus reward, it will be active immediately. The Bonus reward amount is distributed evenly across each item of your purchase and not on the total amount. This means that if you return one or more items, you will be refunded the amount you paid for each individual item you are refunding.
Bonus rewards will not be refunded / reissued if you make a return or exchange. Exchanges are available in store only, where you will be given an exchange for an item of the same value to the one you are returning.
¿Dónde puedo encontrar mis rewards?
You will find your latest offers and rewards on your account page in the VERO MODA app or on veromoda.com. Please note that once you redeemed a reward, it cannot be returned or reused. If you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance.
¿Qué sucede con mis puntos cuando devuelvo un artículo?
The points you earn from the purchase of an item will be deleted if the item is returned
¿Cuánto tiempo es válida mi recompensa adicional?
Bonus rewards must be used within 6 months and the expiry date can be found below on each voucher on your account page in the VERO MODA app or veromoda.com

Bonus rewards can be redeemed in all physical VERO MODA stores across the country, in the VERO MODA app or at veromoda.com.
¿Cómo acumulo puntos en una tienda física?
The staff will scan your personal QR code in the VERO MODA app.
¿Cómo recibo mi descuento del 10% al registrarme?
Once you create your account at veromoda.com or via the VEROMODA app, you will recieve your 10% welcome discount code in a mail. Please not that you need to verify your account before recieving your 10% welcome discount code.
¿Se puede usar el descuento del 10% al registrarse más de una vez?
No, it can only be used once.
